oil and gas, oil and gas pipeline, oil and gas processing, oil and gas, gas, oil, engineering design ForeRunner has extensive experience and capabilities in providing a full range of services from conceptual design through engineering, construction, start-up and operations and maintenance of gas gathering systems, gas processing plants and transmission systems. ForeRunner can provide the personnel or the complete project on a turnkey basis.

ForeRunner has the personnel to handle all phases of a pipeline, including ROW, Surveying, Permitting, and Project Management on a stand alone or turn-key basis.

ForeRunner provided project management, engineering, design, drafting, and procurement for the installation of the 24-inch, 110 mile Fort Union Pipeline and the 24-inch, 63 mile Ft. Union Expansion for Western Gas Resources in the Powder River Basin near Douglas, Wyoming. The project included the installation mainline block valve stations, pigging facilities, receipt points, North Platte River directional drill, Interstate 25 directional drill, and various water and wetland crossings.

FERC, Pipelines, Pigging, Hydrostatic Testing, Horizontal Directional Drills, Mainline Valves, testing, oil and gas pipelines, piplelines testing Several receipt points along the Ft. Union pipeline were also designed and engineered by ForeRunner.

As part of the Western Gas Resources' Pinnacle Reef Gathering project, ForeRunner managed the design and supervised in the installation of large diameter pig launcher and receiver facilities for the pipeline. The project required ten inline block valve stations utilizing 20" and 24" automated slab gate valves.

ForeRunner provided project management, engineering, design, drafting, procurement, and field construction supervision for the installation of the 20-inch and 24-inch, 80 mile Pinnacle Reef Sour Gas Gathering Pipeline for Western Gas Resources located south of Tyler, Texas.

ForeRunner provided project management, engineering, design, drafting, procurement, field construction supervision, and operational startup direction for the installation of two (2) custody transfer metering receipt points for Enron Midstream Services in the Powder River Basin coalbed methane play. The receipt point systems were installed on skids and put into service once gathering pipelines were complete.

FERC, Pipelines, Pigging, Hydrostatic Testing, Horizontal Directional Drills, Mainline Valves, testing, oil and gas pipelines, piplelines testing As part of Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline's Grasslands Project, ForeRunner recently completed all work for preparation of a FERC 7C filing for the construction of 16", 250 mile natural gas pipeline in Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota, 1480 PSIG MAOP. Services included, route selection, survey, figure & report preparation, environmental & archeological coordination, alignment sheets, and ROW procurement.

ForeRunner has supported Western Gas Resources' Rendezvous Pipeline Projects in Southwest Wyoming by providing project management, engineering, design, drafting, procurement, field construction supervision, survey, and construction management. This project includes the installation of approximately 60 miles of 16" pipeline and 105 miles of 20" pipeline.

Automatic sphere pigging systems, metering, and liquids separation facilities were also designed and engineered as part of the Rendezvous Project.
