ForeRunner offers procurement services designed to meet project specific requirements and schedules. Our expertise in domestic or international procurement can be utilized for the complete procurement cycle or specific parts as required for new, ongoing or upgrading projects.

The Forerunner Procurement Department proudly follows rigid purchasing processes and procedures designed to ensure our entire customer base receives the same level of commitment and procurement services no matter how large or small the project is.
BID PREPARATION:
As with any project, when the Bill of Materials reaches our Procurement Department, we begin by sending multiple RFQ invitations that are issued to mutually approved vendors. Using a formal detailed Request for Quote form, the invitations to bid also include any applicable drawings as well our own Vendor Data & Drawing Requirements document.
BID EVALUATION:
Forerunner uses a comprehensive Technical and Commercial Bid Tab Analysis process that ensures our clients are receiving the best quality goods, services, price, and delivery available.
PURCHASING:
From negotiating terms and conditions, obtaining preferred pricing, to execution of the purchase order. Our Procurement team has the EPC knowledge required to perform at extremely high and efficient levels. We also provide many other value added services to your project. As always, we have our client’s best interests in mind!
EXPEDITING:
From the office to the field, our expediting service provides you with accurate daily and weekly, up to date information. Whether it involves the tracking of critical project materials and drawings, or confirmation of an emergency overnight delivery, we keep you updated.
RECEIVING:
Forerunner can provide the personnel with the expertise to safely offload, secure, validate, inventory, and distribute all project materials.
LOGISTICS:
With our domestic and international logistics experience we'll see to it that all of the materials are delivered to your project.
DOCUMENT CONTROL:
Our Document Control standards allow us to compile everything related to your entire project. So if you’re in need of a critical drawing, vendor / manufacturing information, a replacement project or operations book, we can handle that too.
