ForeRunner’s Project Information Services includes scope, progress, schedule, and cost tracking.  Our Project Information function is designed to timely monitor/measure and report the status of key conditions and performance standards as well as identify adverse conditions so mitigation may be undertaken at any early stage.  To achieve these results, the baseline project documents, created during the Proposal and Project Initiation stages, are updated through regular periodic revisions and forecasts.
